大阪の関西国際空港に作る予定であった幻のツインタワーの再現です。バブルがはじけてしまいほとんど第参セクターや官公庁の関連団体が入居するタワーになり、ひとつだけポツンと立っている悲しげな存在になってます。大阪もアベノハルカスの300mタワーの完成でついに日本一を関東から奪取しました。大阪駅開発や大阪フロントなど結構再開発で変化があったと思います。ほんとはこれが出来ていればまた印象は変わったと思いますね。でもバブル時代の婦の遺産になってしまいました。大阪ワールドトレードセンターも大阪市第二庁舎のレッテルは剥がれそうにありません。でも日本にもついに300m時代に突入して感無量です。でも東京スカイツリーは634mもあり世界一高いタワーができましたが、自分としてはあんまりな感じがします。中国やドバイなどの海外では500mや600mなどが当たり前の高さになりつつあり、電波塔が高くてもなあという気持ちがどうもあります。

東京駅周辺をシムシティ4である程度忠実に再現してみました。といいつつもあまり似てないと思います。東京駅周辺の大手町も200mクラスのビルの再開発建設ラッシュでいくつも計画案があり開発が進められています。1990年代初頭と比べればはるかに変化していると思います。やはり皇居周辺とあってか高さを極端にできなかったり、景観に違和感を与えるデザインにはならなく、正方形や長方形のありがちな感じのデザインで終止しているような感じです。でも9.11で倒壊した世界貿易センターの直方体のデザインは昔から好きでしたし、ディテールの違いや工法など勉強になったりしたりするのでいいと思います。
The surrounding of Tokyo Station was faithfully reproduced in the level that was Single In-line Memory Module city 4. I do not think that I look like so much though it says. 横浜のランドマークタワーと其の周辺を作りました。一部違うマンションが建っています。ランドマークタワーのgmaxでの作成には色々と苦労をしました。難しかったですね。
